3. Sharing Your Information
We share your information with businesses only to the extent necessary to fulfill your booking. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing — their privacy policy applies to payment data.
4. SlayPass Cash & Rewards Data
Your rewards balance and transaction history are stored securely and only accessible to you. Businesses can see that a redemption occurred but cannot see your full wallet history.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@slaypass.com.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data and keep your information safe.
7. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for booking reminders, confirmations, and promotional offers. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.
8. Children's Privacy
SlayPass is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
