1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SlayPass. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they cover how the platform works and what you can expect from us.
2. Use of the Platform
SlayPass is a marketplace connecting clients with beauty and wellness businesses. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@slaypass.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings and payments are processed securely through SlayPass via Stripe. Your card is authorized at the time of booking and captured once your appointment is completed. Prices displayed are set by each business. SlayPass retains a 25% platform fee from each transaction and disburses the remaining 75% to the business.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
You may cancel your appointment free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to appear (no-show), will result in a 30% cancellation fee charged to your payment method on file. The remaining 70% will be refunded to you. This policy exists to protect the time of our beauty professionals. By booking through SlayPass, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
6. SlayPass Cash
SlayPass Cash is a loyalty reward currency earned automatically on every completed booking (3% of the booking value). SlayPass Cash has no cash value outside the platform. It cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency. Rewards are held for 24 hours after a completed appointment before becoming available. SlayPass reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program with 30 days' notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use SlayPass to engage in fraudulent activity, harassment, or any illegal conduct. Accounts found in violation will be suspended or terminated.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SlayPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by businesses on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlayPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, New York.
